Ms. Terry LaRoche, President of the LaRoche Team, is the brilliant strategist carefully safeguarding your real estate investments. A winner of numerous awards, including, but not limited to, Team Centurion Award for Keller Williams and a two-time recipient of the Chief of Police award, Terry provides a unique combination of leadership and real estate expertise. For over 20 years Terry served as a Detective Supervisor for the Los Angeles Police Department where she fostered community based policing efforts and modeled problem solving activities. She provides a level of personal service and integrity rarely found in the real estate industry.

Steven LaRoche

Mr. Steven LaRoche, Operations Manager of the LaRoche Team, is the “engine room” of this successful company. Steve’s vast experience in the public sector has trained him in the infrastructure required to service clients at a high level, responding swiftly to ensure their real estate experience is positive. Steve, working with his wife Terry, has developed the systems necessary to propel the LaRoche Team to “Top Producer” status. With his 34 years in public service, Steve knows what is required to enable the LaRoche Team to meet the real estate needs of a wide array of clients. Steve’s leadership and “servant’s heart” are the catalyst for every client’s favorable real estate experience. As a leader with over 27 years experience in a supervisory capacity, Steve has honed the skills needed to achieve the client’s goals and serve the needs of the community.

Jerry Gutierrez

Jerry is the Marketing Director for the LaRoche Team. He handles all aspects of property marketing, and company exposure. He creates flyers for properties, designs brochures, and manages marketing to future clients. The skills he applies to assisting clients fulfills his passion to provide peace of mind in times where there is insurmountable stress. His Interests and Hobbies are Reading, Hiking and Traveling.

Pamela James

Director of Probate Services

Pamela comes to The LaRoche Team with 3 years’ experience as a Realtor and 20+ years in Accounting and Administrative Support. As the Director of Probate Services, Pam manages and directs a team of outstanding representatives that are here to communicate with and educate and our clients on the support and services our team provides. Originally a resident of Western Washington, Pam has enjoyed living in Las Cruces, NM and Denver, CO; She now resides in Hacienda Heights with her family. Pam’s Interest & Hobbies are: Volunteering with local Pug and Greyhound rescue organizations, Traveling regularly with friends and family, Exploring the cities for fun and exciting new places to eat.

Ashlyee Rodarte

Ashlyee Rodarte is a driver for the LaRoche Team. She communicates directly with clients, answering any questions they may have. She also provides them with packets of information that would benefit their estate. She gathers important information regarding the client’s estate, and communicates that info to the rest of the team. With all the information Ashlyee provides, the team in able to meet and exceed the client’s goals. Ashlyee’s Interests & Hobbies are: Spending time with family, going to the movies and trying out new restaurants.

Megan Wilucky

Marketing Assistant

As a probate marketing assist, Megan assists the team with gathering vital information for clients and their property. She is an expert at consolidating information, and providing important documents, including marketing material for Executors and Administrators. She contributes to upcoming appointments and ensures we are well prepared to provide our clients exceptional customer service. Megan’s Interests and Hobbies are: Art enthusiast, Reading, Favorite book: The Kite Runner, Reading, Favorite book: The Kite Runner and traveling.
